Many prisoners work out so often that they get rhabdomyolysis which often results in acute renal failure. I wonder how many grams of protein they are consuming. Are they consuming 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight? But that addiction maybe hard to satisfy once you are out and having to cope with working. I also wonder how many calories a day these inmates receive. Better to stay out and only have 1 hour a day to practice.
