Losing Weight: It’s All About the Journey

When I started my blog a little more than a year ago, I thought that my weight loss journey would help other Average Joes out there who needed to lose weight. Since I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a teenager, I thought that I would have an interesting perspective on losing weight that may motivate or inspire other guys to lose the weight too. I adopted the handle Mr. Low Body Fat not out of vanity (as my wife constantly accuses me of); on the contrary, I adopted it for motivation! (more…)
